In 2024, I reflected on lessons learned, relaunched Kwanda, and grew it to $300,000 ARR in just one year — while also scaling a stealthy 6-figure design agency I had started in 2023. My team size? Just two people: me and Tendai, an assistant.
Now, I walk around dictating emails into my phone. I barely take meetings. I don't run a large team, yet my companies are compounding as quickly as my time freedom is.
The rules of work have changed. The industrial-age mindset — large payrolls, 8-hour workdays — is outdated.
